“வாருங்கள், என் பிதாவினால் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களே, உலகம் உண்டானது முதல் உங்களுக்காக ஆயத்தம்பண்ணப்பட்டிருக்கிற ராஜ்யத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்” (மத்.25:34).

கர்த்தர் நமக்காக ஆயத்தப்படுத்தினவைகளிலே, மிகவும் முக்கியமானது கர்த்தருடைய ராஜ்யம். அந்த ராஜ்யம் நமக்காக ஆயத்தப்படுத்தப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது. கர்த்தருடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கும் அந்த நாட்களிலே உள்ளமெல்லாம் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரும். ஆம், அது நம்முடைய ராஜ்யம். பரிசுத்தவான்களுடைய ராஜ்யம். அருமை இரட்சகருடைய ராஜ்யம். அந்த ராஜ்யத்திற்குள் நீங்கள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போது, உங்களுக்கு எவ்வளவு அருமையான வரவேற்பை தேவதூதர்கள் தருவார்கள்! நீங்கள் கிறிஸ்துவோடு சிங்காசனத்தில் வீற்றிருந்து அவரோடுகூட ஆளுகை செய்வீர்கள்.

ஒரு முறை ஆப்பிரிக்க நாடுகளில் தியாகமாய் ஊழியம் செய்துவிட்டு தன்னுடைய சொந்த தேசமாகிய அமெரிக்காவிற்கு, ஒரு மிஷனெரி திரும்பிச் சென்றார். கப்பலில் அமெரிக்க ஜனாதிபதியும் பிரயாணஞ் செய்தார். கப்பல் அமெரிக்காவைச் சேர்ந்தது. ஜனாதிபதிக்கு உற்சாகமான வரவேற்பு. அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட கார்கள், அரசியல் பிரமுகர்கள், வானவேடிக்கைகள் எல்லாவற்றோடுகூட, அவர் கெம்பீரமாக இறங்கினார்.

அதே நேரத்தில் அந்த மிஷனெரியை வரவேற்பதற்கு அங்கே யாரையும் காணோம். அவருடைய உள்ளம் வேதனைப்பட்டது. “நான் ஆண்டவருக்காக, தியாகமாக இரவும் பகலும் உழைத்துவிட்டு வந்தேன். எனக்கு எந்த வரவேற்பும் இல்லையே,” என்று அவர் அங்கலாய்த்தார்.

அப்போது கர்த்தர் மெல்லிய சத்தத்துடன், அந்த மிஷனெரியோடுகூட பேசினார். “மகனே, நீ கவலைப்படாதே; இந்த உலகம் உலகத்தாருக்குரியது, உலகத்தாரை, உலகத்தார் வரவேற்கிறார்கள். ஒரு நாள் நீ பரலோக ராஜ்யத்திற்கு வரும்போது உனக்காக அங்கே எவ்வளவு மேன்மையான, மகிமையான வரவேற்புகள் காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றன என்பதை நீ தெரிந்துகொள்வாயானால், நீ முறுமுறுத்திருக்கமாட்டாய்” என்றார். அந்த வார்த்தைகள் அந்த ஊழியரை மிகவும் ஆறுதல்படுத்தினது, தேற்றினது.

உங்களுடைய கண்கள் எப்போதும் பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தை நோக்கிப் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கட்டும். பரலோக ராஜ்யம் எப்படிப்பட்டது? எபி.12:28 சொல்லுகிறது, “அது அசைவில்லாத ராஜ்யம்.” ரோமர் 14:17 சொல்லுகிறது, “அது நீதியும் சமாதானமும் பரிசுத்த ஆவியினாலுண்டாகும் சந்தோஷமுமான ராஜ்யம்.” 1 கொரி. 4:20 சொல்லுகிறது, “அது பெலத்திலே உண்டாயிருக்கிறது.”

பயப்படாதே, சிறுமந்தையே, கர்த்தர் தமது பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தை உங்களுக்குத் தரும்படி சித்தம் கொண்டார். பரலோக ராஜ்யத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிக்க வேண்டுமென்றால், நீங்கள் ஜலத்தினாலும் ஆவியினாலும் பிறக்க வேண்டும். சிறுபிள்ளையைப்போல உங்களைத் தாழ்த்த வேண்டும். பரலோகத்திலிருக்கிற பிதாவின் சித்தத்தின்படிச் செய்ய வேண்டும். பரிசேயர், சதுசேயர் நீதியிலும் உங்களுடைய நீதி அதிகமாய் இருக்க வேண்டும். தேவபிள்ளைகளே, தேவன் உங்களுக்கு வாக்குத்தத்தம் பண்ணியிருக்கிற பரலோகராஜ்யத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக் கொள்ளுவதற்கு, இப்பொழுதே நீங்கள் ஆயத்தப்படுவீர்களாக.

நினைவிற்கு:- “நாம் அநேக உபத்திரவங்களின் வழியாய் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்க வேண்டும்” (அப்.14:22).

“Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world” (Mathew 25:34).

God prepared many things for us and the most important among them is His Kingdom. That Kingdom has been prepared for us. Our hearts will rejoice on the day when we enter into that Kingdom. Yes. It is our Kingdom; the Kingdom of the saints; the Kingdom of our precious Saviour. What a great welcome, the angels might extend you while entering it! You will be seated along with Him on the throne and govern with Him.

Once, a missionary was returning to the USA after sacrificially ministering in the African countries. The President of the USA was also on board in the ship with him. When the ship reached the USA, a grand welcome was accorded to the President with colourful cars, VIPs and fireworks. The President descended from the ship handsomely acknowledging the welcome accorded.

But, at the same time, there was none to welcome the missionary. He felt very sad over this. He was lamenting that he toiled dat and night doing God’s work but that kind of royal reception was not meted out to him.

At that time God spoke to him in a tender voice. “Son, do not worry. This world belongs to the nations of the world. The nations of the world are welcoming the nations of the world. But great and glorious receptions are awaiting you in the Heavenly Kingdom and if you had known this you would not have murmured.” These words comforted and consoled the missionary greatly.

Let your eyes be always fixed on the Heavenly Kingdom. How would be the Heavenly Kingdom? Hebrews 12:28 says, “…..a kingdom which cannot be shaken”. Romans 14:17 says, “…….kingdom of God is …… righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit”. I Corinthians 4:20 says, “For the kingdom of God is …. in power”.

Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. If you want to enter the Heavenly Kingdom, you will have to take birth with water and Holy Spirit. You will have to humble yourself like a child. You will have to act according to the will of God who is in the heaven. Your justice should be more than that of the Pharisees and the Sadducees.

Dear children of God get prepared right now to inherit the Heavenly Kingdom which God has promised to you.

To meditate: “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God” (Acts 14:22).
