நிந்தைக்கு பதில் நன்மை! | Good Things Instead of Curses!

"கர்த்தர் என் சிறுமையைப் பார்த்து, இந்த நாளில் அவன் நிந்தித்த நிந்தனைக்குப் பதிலாக எனக்கு நன்மையைச் சரிக்கட்டுவார் என்றான்" (2 சாமு. 16:12).

நிந்தைகளெல்லாம் நன்மையாக மாறும். அழுகையின் பள்ளத்தாக்குகளெல்லாம் நீரூற்றாய் மாறும். இதுதான் தாவீது தன் வாழ்க்கையில் கண்டுபிடித்த பெரிய உண்மை. தேவபிள்ளைகளே, நீங்கள் சிறுமைப்பட்ட நாட்களுக்கும், வேதனையை அனுபவித்த வருஷங்களுக்கும் தக்கதாக கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு ஆறுதலின் நாட்களையும், சமாதானத்தின் நாட்களையும் நிச்சயமாகவே கட்டளையிடுவார்.

தாவீது அப்சலோமின் கைக்கு தப்பி பட்டணத்தை விட்டு ஓடிப்போன போது, சீமேயி தாவீதை பயங்கரமாய் தூஷித்தான். அவனுக்கு எதிராக கற்களை எறிந்து மண்ணை வாரி தூற்றிக்கொண்டே நடந்து வந்தான். அதைப் பார்த்த தாவீதின் உள்ளம் ஒரு வேளை உடைந்து போயிருந்திருக்கும். ஆனால் தாவீது செய்தது என்ன? ‘கர்த்தர் இந்த நிந்தைகளையெல்லாம் நன்மையாக மாறப்பண்ணுவார்’ என்று எல்லா கவலைகளையும், பாரத்தையும் கர்த்தர்மேல் வைத்துவிட்டார். தாவீதின் கண்களில் இருந்த தரிசனம் உங்களுக்கு உண்டா? கர்த்தர் என் நிந்தைகளையெல்லாம் நன்மையாய் மாறப் பண்ணுவார் என்ற விசுவாசம் உங்களுக்கு உண்டா?

ஒருவர் சொன்னார், "எங்களுடைய வீட்டில் குடும்ப ஜெபம் பண்ண ஆரம்பித்தால் போதும். பக்கத்து வீட்டிலுள்ள ஒரு பொல்லாத மனுஷி மிக பயங்கரமாக தூஷிப்பாள். நாங்கள் ‘அல்லேலூயா’ சொன்னால் ‘ஐயையோ’ என்று கத்துவாள். நாங்கள் பாடினால் அவள் கூக்குரலிடுவாள். மிகவும் அருவருப்பாக, மிகவும் கேவலமாக பழிப்பாள். ஆனால் நாங்கள் பொறுமையோடு கர்த்தர் எங்கள் நிந்தைகளையெல்லாம் நன்மையாக மாறப்பண்ணுவார்" என்று சகித்துக் கொண்டோம்.

ஒரு சில நாட்கள்தான் ஆகியிருக்கும். அதற்குள் எங்களை தூஷித்த அந்த பெண்மணியை இருதய நோய் பலமாய் தாக்கினது. டாக்டர்கள் அவளை பார்த்து நீ மரணத்திற்கு மிகவும் சமீபமாகி விட்டாய். கோபமான, எரிச்சலான எந்த வார்த்தையும் பேசாமல் அமைதியாய் இருக்கவேண்டுமென்று கட்டளையிட்டார். அதுமுதல் அவளுடைய வாய்ப்பேச்சு ஒடுங்கிப் போனது. மட்டுமல்ல, ‘கர்த்தர் அப்பெண்ணின் முன்னிலைலேயே பல மடங்கு எங்களை உயர்த்தினார். எங்களுடைய வியாபாரம் தழைத்தது. எங்கள் பிள்ளைகள் மிகவும் அதிகமாக முன்னேறினார்கள். ஒவ்வொரு நிந்தைகளையும் கர்த்தர் எங்களுக்கு நன்மையாகவே மாறச் செய்தார்’ என்று சொன்னார்கள். எத்தனை அருமையான சாட்சி!

நிந்தைகளைச் சுமக்கிற தேவபிள்ளைகளே, அவமானங்களுக்குள்ளும், பாடுகளுக்குள்ளும் கடந்து செல்லுகிற விசுவாசிகளே, இதோ! கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு ஒரு வாக்குத்தத்தத்தைக் கொடுக்கிறார்: "கர்த்தர் நன்மையானதைத் தருவார்: நம்முடைய தேசமும் தன் பலனைக் கொடுக்கும்" (சங். 85:12).

"கர்த்தர் யாக்கோபை மீட்டு அவனிலும் பலத்தவனுடைய கைக்கு அவனை நீங்கலாக்கி விடுவிக்கிறார். என் ஜனங்கள் நான் அளிக்கும் நன்மையினால் திருப்தியாவார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்" (எரே. 31:11,14).

நினைவிற்கு:- "தேவனிடத்தில் அன்புகூருகிறவர்களுக்குச் சகலமும் நன்மைக்கு ஏதுவாக நடக்கிறதென்று அறிந்திருக்கிறோம்" (ரோமர் 8:28).

“It may be that the Lord will look on my affliction and that the Lord will repay me with good for his cursing this day” (II Samuel 16:12).

The big truth which David understood in his life is that "All the reproaches will turn into good. The valleys of tears will turn into springs." Dear children of God, God will definitely command days of comfort and peace in proportion to the days of affliction and years of sorrows, you have experienced.

When David ran out of the town escaping from the hands of Absalom, Shimei terribly cursed him. He followed David throwing stones at him and continued to curse him. The heart of David might have been broken at this. But what did David do? He placed all the sorrows and burdens on God with the hope that God will turn all these reproaches into good. Do you have the vision which David had in his eyes? Do you have the faith that God will turn all the reproaches into good, as David had?

One person said, “Whenever we have our family prayer at home, the wicked woman at the next door will begin to curse us terribly. When we sing, she will begin to shout. The language she uses will be filthy. We patiently tolerated everything with the hope that God will turn all the reproaches into good.

A few days went by. That woman was attacked by a serious cardiac disease and the doctors informed her that she was in a serious condition and advised her to be calm and to desist from getting angry over anything. From that day she became totally silent. At the same time, God exalted our family graciously. Our business flourished. My children also advanced well. God turned every reproach into good” What a wonderful witness!

Dear children of God, who are carrying reproaches and dear believers who are crossing over shame and sufferings, here, God gives you a promise. “Yes, the Lord will give what is good and our land will yield its increase” (Psalm 85:12).

“For the Lord has redeemed Jacob and ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he. I will satiate the soul of the priests with abundance and my people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the Lord” (Jeremiah 31:11, 14).

To meditate: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God” (Romans 8:28).
